If you live in Otumoetai, Matua, Brookfield, Judea, Bellevue or between the city centre and 17th Avenue we welcome you to Otumoetai Doctors.
Please note that we will require proof of address before processing your enrolment and children under the age of 16 enrolling must have a parent or guardian enrolling/already enrolled here.

DO YOU HAVE A RESPIRATORY ILLNESS?
You must be free from contagious illness before entering our clinic. If you have
COVID or Flu-like symptoms, are running a fever, have a sore throat or cough, or vomiting or diarrhea you should phone for an appointment in our infectious illnesses clinic at the top of the ramp. Remember to phone reception when you've parked up in one of the designated parks.
Please don't enter the clinic to pay for your consultation, our reception team will email your account to you within 24 hours.
STANDARD PROCESSING TIME FOR A SCRIPT IS NOW 2 WORKING DAYS.
The ideal time to re-order is between 14 days and 3 weeks before taking your last prescribed medication. Requests for prescriptions are collated by our nurses at least twice daily. Please do not phone multiple times regarding your request for a script renewal.

Manage My Health is now available to you. Obtain an activation code from us. You can also book an appointment online with your doctor below if you have no COVID or Flu symptoms, fevers, sore throats, diarrhea or vomiting.
Please ensure that you
receive an appointment verification email for your online booking before presenting to Reception. If you're not sure that your appointment is made we suggest that you phone to confirm your appointment.

Do you have COVID symptoms? Record your RAT test result online at My COVID Record or by phoning 0800 222 478 (Option 3). If you are a high-risk patient your GP may contact you for a virtual assessment within 48 hours of a notified positive diagnosis.
